Outdoor Power Equipment and Parts - Counter Sales

A-Line Outdoor Power is part of the Arnold Oil Company (AOC) family with several locations in central Texas.

As a Counter Sales associate, you will

• Provide Excellent Customer Service Skills - after all, our customers keep our doors open.
• Have a strong willingness to learn? Eager applicants, please apply!
• Possess A Team-Player Personality

Duties Include:

• Help customers select equipment and parts in-person & on the telephone
• Suggest related sales, refer customers to sales or special offers
• Pull parts for customers or for shipment
• Complete sales and collect payments
• Receive merchandise and stock it on shelves
• Set equipment and parts and similar displays
• Keep the store clean and neat to promote sales

REQUIREMENTS

• Have the ability to strive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
• Be highly motivated to train and learn
• Basic knowledge of automotive parts
• Have a valid Texas driver's license
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Pass pre-employment qualifications such as a Criminal Background Screening, Motor Vehicle Record Check, Employment Verification, and Functional Capacity Exam/Drug Screen.
